You have Five different ways to play the MachinEGG. The normal mode allows you to retire once you reach $1 billion in earnings. Adam & eve has two chickens and two roosters. So, most of your development occurs through breeding rather than purchasing more chickens. Egg jam breaks down the conveyor belt forcing you to manually move the eggs around the farm. Endless farm does not allow you to retire at all, allowing for long-term development. Finally, in Speedrun mode the value of each egg is doubled and the game rewards fast completion.
