Rocket Games

Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 25, 2025

At Rocket Games (“we,” “us,” or “our”), accessible from www.rocketgames.io and through our mobile applications, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. This Policy applies to our website and our mobile games.

Who We Are

Rocket Games is operated by Cursora Labs OÜ (Estonia). For questions about this Policy or your data, see the Contact Us section below.

Consent

By using our website or mobile applications, you agree to this Privacy Policy. Where required (for example in the EEA/UK), we request your consent before using cookies/SDKs for personalized ads and analytics.

Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

  • Contact Information: If you contact us or create an account (where available), we may collect your name, email address, and any information you choose to include in your message.
  • Device & Technical Data: IP address, device type/model, operating system and version, app version, language, screen resolution, crash logs, and diagnostics.
  • Identifiers: Advertising identifiers such as Apple’s IDFA and Google’s AAID/GAID, and other identifiers provided by our ad/analytics partners.
  • Usage Data: Pages viewed, buttons clicked, session duration, in-game events, ad views/clicks, and general interaction patterns.
  • Location Data: Approximate location (e.g., country or city) inferred from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.

We do not require you to provide personal information to play our games on the web or mobile. If you contact us directly, we will receive the information you provide along with the contents of your message and attachments.

How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the website and mobile games
  • Personalize content and (with your consent where required) personalize ads
  • Understand, analyze, and improve performance and user experience
  • Develop new features, content, and functionality
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and enforce our terms
  • Comply with legal obligations

Cookies & Similar Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, local storage, and mobile SDKs to deliver and measure ads, remember your preferences, and analyze traffic. You can control cookies in your browser settings and control advertising identifiers on your device (see Your Choices below).

Advertising & Our Partners

We show ads to fund our free content. On the website we use Google AdSense. In our mobile apps we use Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and AppLovin. These partners may process device data, identifiers, coarse location, and usage data to show, cap, and measure ads, and (with your consent where required) to personalize ads.

When legally required (e.g., in the EEA/UK), we request your consent for personalized ads. If you do not consent, you will receive non-personalized ads or fewer ads.

Mobile SDK Disclosures

Our mobile apps integrate SDKs from Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and AppLovin. These SDKs may collect Advertising IDs (IDFA/AAID), app usage data, coarse location (from IP), and diagnostics to deliver and measure ads, detect fraud, and improve service. You can reset or limit your Advertising ID in device settings (see Your Choices).

Your Choices

  • Cookie Controls (Web): Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may impact functionality.
  • Ad Personalization (Web): Manage Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com.
  • Mobile Advertising IDs: On iOS, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking to control app tracking and reset your IDFA. On Android, go to Settings > Privacy > Ads to reset or delete your Advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization.
  • In-App Privacy Choices: Where available, use the privacy or consent settings in our apps to update your preferences.
  • Marketing Communications: If we ever send emails (e.g., account-related), you can opt out by following unsubscribe instructions or contacting us.

Log Files

Like many services, Rocket Games uses log files. These include IP addresses, browser type, ISP, date/time stamps, referring/exit pages, and click counts. This data is used to analyze trends, administer the site/app, and gather broad demographic information.

Legal Bases (GDPR/EEA & UK)

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process data under these legal bases:

  • Consent (e.g., for personalized ads and cookies/SDKs where required)
  • Legitimate Interests (e.g., service security, fraud prevention, measurement, and improvements)
  • Contract (to provide services you request)
  • Legal Obligation (to comply with applicable laws)

Sharing of Information

We share data with service providers and partners who help us operate our website and apps (e.g., hosting, analytics, ad networks). We may also share information to comply with the law, enforce our policies, or protect rights, property, or safety. We do not sell personal information in the sense of exchanging it for money; under some laws, sharing for targeted advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing.” See CCPA/CPRA Rights.

Data Retention

We retain information as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary depending on data type and purpose.

International Transfers

Your information may be processed on servers outside your country (including the EU/EEA or the United States). When we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards permitted by applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Our Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Please consult the privacy policies of third-party services for their practices and opt-out options.
